Hi again listers,

I am trying to find the MASON family on the 1861 census for Saddleworth but with not much luck! Their address in 1881 was Lees Buildings, Quick Edge Lane. I am sending out a plea to some kind person to perhaps have a look on the 1871 census for the Masons in the quickedge area. In 1871, the family should comprise of the following:

> William Mason (39) Head Saddleworth
> Sarah Mason (30) Wife Mossley
> Mary Mason (9) Daur Saddleworth
> Mary Mason (67) Mother Ripponden (she may not be there yet)

Anything will help believe me!!!!
