If the document you are looking for is the one found by Alan, then the
reason it cannot be circulated by the LDS is that the original fiche are
still in copyright. In fact, if you want the fiche you can find details at
www.lfhhs.org.uk >Shop>Microfiche>C

I have a copy of these fiche.
