My BIGGS family moved to Preston 1820's the ELLIOTT's seem to have followed
later .

William ELLIOTT b abt 1781 , wife Margaret SCOTT b abt 1781 , children
Elizabeth b abt 1806 , John b abt 1811 , Oliver b abt 1826 all b Scotland

Dau Jennet/Jannet mar David BIGGS , they moved to Preston shortly after
their mar 28 Jan 1824 , Hawick.

Discovered the ELLIOTT's on 1841 census , not found 1851 . I can not find
any death records on FreeBMD for this family .
Would appreciate any help to find death records / burials etc for them . The
1841 census shows Civil parish Preston , hundred Amounderess. There is
always a chance they returned to Scotland ?????

Researching PIERCE - Chorley , Blackburn , Wigan where my grfather
James PIERCE was b . the above his grparents and grgrandparents .
