I have just discovered that my mother had a cousin who was 1 year old name WILLIAM MEALEY
and a younger baby age 3 months old at the time of the 1901 Census. Name JOSEPH MEALEY
Everton

How and where would I start to look for a marriage for him maybe 1920s or 30s because from there it might be possible to trace second cousins etc.
any suggestions much appreciated
