Did you know there is a Mayflower Society which keeps track of the
descendants? Perhaps the great-uncle didnt do as much research as you think
;-)

You might like to contact them if you havent already done so - perhaps you
can get yourself on their registers too!

I have a distant connection to a Mayflower descendant and through that I was
able to find the birthplace and date of my gt grandad's cousin Jessie
MITCHELL and pass the info on to her descendants in the US.
