I am trying to trace a Charles Winspear (sometimes Winspeare) who was
born 1823 to 24 (age taken from 1881 census) in Liverpool. His father
was William Winspear and I believe it was a shipbuilding family.
Does anyone have any information on Charles or know how I can find him
without going to Liverpool itself?

Any help greatly appreciated
