hello:

I am researching my great-great grandfather, THOMAS H. BEW.
I believe him to be born abt. 1824 of "English Parentage" according to his son.
His son also stated that he came to the US in 1855. I have located his Declaration of Intention paper dated 29 Sept. 1866.
He was a shoemaker by trade. His wife stated he had been married several time prior to their marriage.
Is there any Bew research going on?
