I have just received the birth certificate of an ancestor born 1877 in the
mail and there is no name for the father annotated on the birth ceterficate.
What are my chances???? This looks like the end of the road.
The mother was working as a domestic servant....... is there any chance of
discovering where she worked?
She was 22 at the time and lived at home with her family.
Any thoughts would be most welcome....
Cheers
