Would anyone, with a local knowledge of Liverpool, be able to help me with
the following problems:
My gg grandmother (Mary Ann Grindley) and her first husband (George Needham)
were living at ?Rigby street in 1846 and 1848 when two of their daughters
were baptised at St Peters. The next child was born at Roscoe Lane in
November 1851. What church would he have been baptised at as he doesn¹t
appear in the St Peter¹s register?
When the 1851 census was taken in March the Needham were living at ³Mathew
St., Ct 2 H4². Could anyone tell me what Ct 2 H4 stands for?
Many thanks
Philippa
