ANZAC DAY - thinking of all Diggers who went to War with Britain - and
especially for those like my own Grandfather, Able Seaman William Hughes,
age 35, who died 93 years ago tomorrow, rowing troops ashore from HMS
"Cornwallis"

Marged
Tomorrow is a special day of remembrance - Anzac Day.
There are always parades and services and whilst the "diggers" are now few
their family members march proudly in their places.
Because of the season it nearly always rains on the evening, gardeners look
forward to it like clockwork.
