No, you're not missing anything - it's just that the "leak" from Warwick
Public Library in
Rhode Island, New York, was plugged as soon Pro-Quest became aware of it

Ancestry Library Edition is of course freely available in any number of good
UK libraries, including Liverpool, Birkenhead and Sefton, as can be seen
here :-
