Have obtained B/cert.for Charles James Todd b 9-2-1886 at Ruswarp(near Whitby) parents John and Emma(nee Walker)Living at 6 Osbourne Terrace.I have been told further info might be obtained from North Yorkshire Records office,County Hall North Allerton.Can anyone help with local details and does the records office mentioned have an email address.
