I have been looking through the 1841 to see if either
of the two houses was listed, and so far have not
found either.

I have found the following which somebody with
Wilsons and Allinsons might find useful

HO107/1265/13 Page 17

Tate Hill

In the House of William Turner

William Turner aged 25 Chimney Sweep
JAne 24

George Aliinson aged 45 Chimney Sweep
Henry Wilson Aged 14 Chimney Sweeps Apprentice

All born in the County

Did poor Henry get sent up chimneys I wonder?
i also wondered if Flowergate and Primrose Alley were
as fragrant as the name suggests given the number of
people living on them. And what did they get up to in
Love Lane
