Thanks to Hugh Waterhouse for finding my ggg-grandparents marriage,
William Naylor to Sarah Senior in 1825 at Sheffield Cathedral.
As Hugh noted that he had got the information from an index,
I wonder if there would be further details (parents?) on the original
registers, and, if so, how these can be checked.

Thanks also for checking the Rotherham register for the marriage
of a William Naylor and Sarah Samon in the same year.
From transcriptions I have seen, I thought it was possible that
Senior has been transcribed as Samon, and am glad to rule that out.
It may yet be useful to know that there were two William Naylors,
married to wives named Sarah in the same year.

William Naylor died in 1843 so was not on a census noting birthplace.
