Hi Harry,
I have had a look on the 1891 census at Ancestry.com and I found a Mary E.
Moore aged 25 living with a Bailey family as a domestic servant. The entry
is as follows:-

Registration district: Ecclesall Bierlow
Sub registration district: Ecclesall Bierlow
ED, institution, or vessel: 65
Folio: 29
Page: 19

Thomas L Bailey Son S 15 Under Gardener dom Servant Bedford Turvey
Mary E Moore Serv S 25 Female Servant domestic Yorks Sheffield

I looked at the Mary Moore you had at 309 Fulwood road and she was born in
Knighton, Radnorshire, Wales.

There was another Mary E Moore aged 25 in the Jessop Hospital, but she was
married so it was probably not her.
