Dear All,

Whatever HOKEY POKEY means with reference to ice-cream, Hocus Pocus was
a derogatory term coined at the time of the Reformation to ridicule the
Catholic Mass and particularly its central belief; Hic Corpus meam -
this is my body.

I know it's nothing to do with ice-cream, but somebody might be
interested!!
