Anne GLYNN (Kilmihil-County Clare) was youngest publican (age 22) of Sheffield after WWI-Dog & Partridge and later Franklin Hotel. Children: William, Eileen, Kevin, Marie, Brendan (my line) KENNEDY-Timothy (great grandfather) m. MARY JANE JOHNSON from Tipp to Rotherham-found in 1891 and 1901 censuses. WILLIAM KENNEDY, one of his 12 children, died in WWI in 1916 (9th Born York and Lancaster) and is on CWG site. Does anyone know anything about this regiment or if there are memorials to WWI dead in Yorkshire?
