Hi,

I am new to this list so please forgive me if I am asking for information that has already been covered recently.

I am looking for any information on Churchyards or Cemeteries in the Whitchurch (Shropshire) and Wrenbury (Cheshire) areas.

In particular I am looking for the MI for a John Robinson (born c 1840; died 1904 Wrenbury; son of Edward Robinson & ?) and his wife Mary Littler (born 1841; died 1895, Whitchurch; dau. of William Littler & Ann Fowler).

John Robinson & Mary Littler were married at the Methodist Church, Whitchurch. Does this church still exist and does it have a graveyard? On the 1881 & 1891 Censuses the couple were sill living in Whitchurch.

I am hoping to visit the area shortly and any help or information would be very welcome. I'm afraid that I have no local knowledge of the area.
