Hi
Does anyone know anything at all about Samuel T MORGAN who was an oil and
water colour painter in Ketley in the 1890s? Or has anyone got any ideas
where I might find out anything about him?
Has anyone seen any of his pictures?

Lots of questions - hope someone can help!
