Have a look at the Directories of Photographers web site at
http://www.photoresearch.org/direct.htm this should help you to discover
the dates that this particular photographer was operating in Oswestry.

You may prefer to try to locate a copy of the Shropshire edition in your
local library rather than purchase a copy.
