Hi there,

Can anyone help with any info on my great-great grandparents ??
William Davies born Chetton area about 1855 married Phyliss Martha Rowley of
Worfield.
They travelled around a little ( farmer worker) usually finding work in the
villages on the outskirts of Bridgnorth.
They had at least 8 children including Violet Edith, Martha, Rose,
Daisy, William, George Ernest, Lucy, and Mary.

The eldest daughter Martha married someone surnamed Worrall.

Violet Edith ( born 1892 - my great- grandmother) married Jack Harry Watkins
in Bridgnorth in 1916 and later lived at Quatt Bank, Alveley.

Lucy is believed to have possibly married her Uncle (??) and had three
children Jessie, Fred and Dolly.

George Ernest married an Evelyn May and lived at Quatford. Their son Robert
was killed during WW2.

Ring any bells with anyone ??
