Hi Mary,

I had a quick look at the 1881 census for your great-great-grandmother.
Sarah J. MOSES, wife of Charles MOSES. Her birthplace was given at St.
Gregory, which could be Stoke St. Gregory.

There were people named PIM living in Stoke St. Gregory at the time of the
1851 census.

There were people by the name of KEIRLE and KERLE living in Stoke St.
Gregory in 1851, but I couldn't spot a Walter who would match.

However, in 1851 there was a 44-year-old blacksmith called John KEIRLE in
Othery, the next parish to Stoke St. Gregory. At this time, there was an
apprentice blacksmith, in Othery, called George KEIRLE, aged 18, living in
the household of blacksmith Samuel BONDFIELD. George KEIRLE was born in
Stoke St. Gregory.

There were also two blacksmiths by the name of Henry PIM living in Wedmore
at the time of the 1851 census. One was 62 years old and the other was 31.

By 1875, there were thre blacksmiths by the name of PIM/PIMM in the
neighbourhood of Weston-super Mare.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to spot your Walter.
