You might like to have a look at the Web Site for the Countess of
Huntingdon's Connexion:

where there is a brief history of how the church came about - you've
already been advised that there is no connexion (sorry) to the Parish
Church and that there is therefore no tie in with parish boundaries
etc.
Interesting to note the spelling - one often sees the word spelt that
way in old books and documents.
