Sorry for the delay Susan, it shouldn't be easy to repost the digest, it
is possible in some circumstances.
I can set a maximum size for messages posted to the list, I can also set a
size for the digest and the frequency of posting.
If I set this balance right, the digest will almost always be larger than
the maximum size for messages to the list, therefore in most
circumstances, if any body attempts to repost the whole digest by mistake,
the message will not go to the list but will be bounced to my inbox.
