I am new to the Somerset list, so please let me know if I'm breaking protocol.

I am looking for the respective parents of CHARLES & MARIA DAVEY. In the 1851 census for Somerton, they are shown thusly:

DAVEY Charles 34 ag lab Somerton, Som.
Maria 36 washer woman Somerton
John 8
Emma 6
Sarah 4
George 2

The reason for my inquiry is that the above Sarah is my GGgrandmother. She married my GGgrandfather GEORGE LAVIS 9 Jun 1863 in Somerton. We have no family records of her ancestors and I'm having no luck at ancestry or rootsweb.
