Does anyone have access to parish reisters for Saltford?

I am looking for the birth of a William CARPENTER, father John, in about 1821/22. From the 1851 census he is residing in Bath (Lyncombe and Widcombe) aged 29. Place of birth given as Salford, Somerset, so I have assumed this should be Saltford.
