I am hoping someone can help me break a brick wall. I am trying to find
information about my greatgrandfather, Frederick Walter WARDALL. According to the
1881 census he was born in Bristol, Somerset about 1855. He was married to
Mary E. Pearson and had 3 sons. They were living in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire
at the time. Mary and all 3 sons were born in Yorkshire, as were future
generations. I do not know when the family moved to Yorkshire.
Could someone with access to the 1861 census check to see if his family was
still in Somerset in 1861. He would be about 6 at the time. I don not have
his parent's names.
