Hi Jane, Thanks for the reply.
I have now found the marriage cert for Kezia Pyton and John Clark. The married at St John the Baptist Church, shoreditch on 25/09/1842. She was living at Weymouth Terrace - haven't found exactly where that is. Her father was James Payton occupation Pedlar or Pudler - it is hard to read. He died before the wedding - possibly 1836/37 and possibly in Somerset. A witness to the wedding was William Payton.
