Problem solved!
My thanks to Andy, Charani, Stan and Philip for helping me with this one.
There is another Lyncombe and Widcombe Parish in Bath which is obviously the
one and not the one I found on Exmoor.

Please can anyone think of an explanation for this? I have a copy of a
Marriage Certificate for a wedding in 1850 at Lyncombe and Widcombe Parish
Church which is on Exmoor. The Registration District for this marriage is
Bath which is over 70 miles away!

Any ideas on how this can be will be much appreciated.
