In 1868, Daniel STABBINS married Jane TAZEWELL, born GOULD, in Axbridge,
after the death of her first husband, Richard TAZEWELL in 1866. Jane
GOULD was my great-great-grandmother. Daniel & Jane STABBINS were buried
at St Saviour's, Coalpit Heath, Glos. in 1907 and 1906 respectively

She had two children with Richard TAZEWELL (John Gould TAZEWELL born 14
March 1854 in North Petherton Somerset - my ggrandfather - and Hannah
Maria TAZEWELL born ca. 1858 in North Petherton, Somerset) and three
more with Daniel STABBINS (Ethel Elizabeth STABBINS born ca.1870 in
Kewstoke, Somerset; Moses Bernard STABBINS born 1871 in Kewstoke,
Somerset; Walter STABBINS born 1874 in Kewstoke, Somerset).

To muddy the waters, her daughter Hannah Maria TAZEWELL married James
STABBINS, the brother of her stepfather, in 1881 and had two children
(Richard STABBINS born 1884 in Patchway; Charles STABBINS born 1888 in
Patchway)
