Hi Jackie -

I've got 19th and 18th century PRINGs in my tree from Bampton, Cullompton
and Kentisbeare (all in Tiverton Registration District).

There are only about a dozen of them but who are you looking for?

Jan

Jackie,

Tiverton registration district covers an area spanning the boarder of Devon
and Somerset.

To order certificates from the GRO using their reference number, you need
the Year, Quarter, Name, Registration District, volume number and the page
number. This does not apply if ordering from the local Register Office as
they do
not use this system.

Make sure you use the GRO website and not one which appears official, where
the charges are extortionate. You can order on line here where the cost is
£7
_http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/_ (http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/)

Hope this helps.

Jennifer
