Why have a message in capitals, if she doesn't want to be on the list, it says clearly how to unsubscribe.. she must have joined to get the messages too.. having capitals is what is called shouting I believe, one way to get noticed and deleted.. perhaps the heat has got to her in Australia.. hear its very hot there at present, summer time...
