Attached is the burial record for Simon Hares. I would say his age was 10 rather than 11, but no matter, I cannot find any baptism record for a Simon Hares in the Winscombe registers or adjoining parishes. I did find an awful lot of Hares in the Shipham register, but none for a Simon on or around the right years. These Hares were all miners, by the way, but you probably already know that.
