Re listing Latest Family Research Information on DARBY = LANGFORD = WILSON.
Some additional family details have come to light from contact with other family members!
*****Re Major George Eld DARBY (No1) b 1776, who Married Emily LANGFORD.*****
We have now that Emily LANGFORD was born 16th July 1779 and an address of being of being sometime at "No2 St. Georges Place Southampton"
*****Re Sarah Charlotte WILSON who was Christened at Bermondsey 8th July 1810 who married George Eld DARBY (No2) b 1807(The son of George Eld Darby No1)*****
We have now found listed an address for a Sarah Wilson at "Doctor's Common, and one at Stratford" could be Sarah C's mother? also Sarah Charlotte's father is Francis Wilson and. she was the only child in the family!

Also I have now found and have received a copy of 26 page diary by John Riddle's relating to the journey on the "Abberton" which shows the family listed as passengers for Mr and Mrs Darby late 45th Reg.and 3 children (who are Mary,Emily = Francis Wilson, and Sarah Seagrave) Diary also shows Sarah was born at sea on between the 20th and the 24th), W Darby (William C,= G.E. [No 1's] Son), Mrs Darby Snr.(would say Emily, George Eld's No 1 wife) Miss Darby (Emily Jane [G. E. No 1's] Daughter) all arriving Sydney 1839. In the Diary shows Sarah Charlotte died at sea on 10th May during the night and was buried at sea at 11 o'clock on the 11th May =
*** Found listed also in a document that we have a "Major Darby, Governor of Mauritius" and in a letter from George Eld we have a mention William born Mauritius
