Hello,

Unless there are two places called Kelsale in Suffolk (as there are two
Highams, for example), then Kelsale is several miles away from the Samford
registration district. I wonder if you perhaps intended your message for
the Suffolk list, which covers the whole county? If not, and if you are not
on the Suffolk list yourself, I would be quite willing to place your message
on that list, and pass on any replies to you. Just let me know if you would
like me to do that.
