Hi Janet
St. Mary Mags (Mortlake very close to Richmond) is Catholic today, it
probably always was. But it is the
brides church where the marriage takes place, it would be the bride who was
the Catholic, not necessarily the groom. Although the children would have
been expected by the church to be raised as Catholics.
