You should find the 1891 Census in the Surrey Family History Centre at
Woking - http://shs.surreycc.gov.uk/ I believe their catalogue is online
so you can search to make sure before going there. Or email them on
to confirm. Unfortunately, only a very small part
of the 1891 census is so far indexed and available, and it doesn't cover
Redhill or Reigate.
