Subject: Twins on certificate
Date: Sun, 18 Sep 2005 20:11:43 -0600
Hi,
Has anyone sent for a birth certificate and then found out that the
person was a twin? and if so did they indicate that the person was a
twin on the certificate when only one certificate was purchased and the
buyer was unaware of possible twins in the family.
We are trying to find children in my WARNER family who wouldn't have
survived to adulthood or so it would appear on the census records that
we have been able to access.
Some of the entries on BMD have more than one WARNER name in the same
registration time. I know that WARNER is a common name and the
registration is in quarterly segments and so far I haven't had any twins
when I have purchased a certificate.
Hope this makes sense.
Ellen
