Subject: [Eastbourne] Where was Tower Street?

I am trying to find out where in Eastbourne Tower Street was. I know that it was in the Seaside area and that it no longer exists, but where was it and what happened to it? My maternal grandmother Violet Cash was born at 11 Tower Street in 1896 and my Aunt's grandfather (Thomas Boniface) was listed as living at 13 Tower Street in the 1881 Census.
