I understand that my husband's great-uncle, SIDNEY WINGATE, was runner-up in
the Doggett's Coat and Badge race but I am not sure which year.
He was born in 1870 so presumably the race he entered would have been around
1890-95.
Does anyone have a record of competitors and could let me know when he
competed?
