Hello
I am a new subscriber to the Westmorland list, and my research
interest is the name BOND, in particular a James Bond who was
born in Kendal circa 1779.
Does anyone know if there is an index list of students/scholars
who attended the Hawkeshead Grammar School.
Further, what other Schools existed around Kendal pre-1800 ?
