My immediate reaction on seeing reference to Beathwaite Green is to say that
it is another name for, or more likely is a part of LEVENS, 5 miles south of
Kendal.

I lived in Levens in the 50s and I am fairly certain that I heard this name,
tho' in fairness the memory is not as good as it was and neither am I able to
find reference to it in any of the maps or guide books I have on the area.

As regards your other queries I'm sorry but I'm unable to assist.
