Hello List,
I'm trying to find more information concerning the following family.......

Rel: Wife
Thos.H. RATSON 2 M Kendal, Westmorland, England
Rel: Son
John G. RATSON 1 M Kendal, Westmorland, England
Rel: Son

There was a third son, name and age unknown. Margaret's maiden name was WILKINSON and was the daughter of HENRY WILKINSON and ELIZABETH MYERS who were married at SELSIDE CHURCH 23 May 1836. Henry and Elizabeth were my GGGrandparents. Margaret was the sister of NANNY my GGrandmother.
THOMAS HENRY had joined KING'S OWN ROYAL LANCASTER REGIMENT, dates unknown, I have a photograph of him in his uniform along with his parents and other brothers.
Q1 Thomas has disappeared after this photograph, any ideas what could have happened to him? Can't get to Lancaster at the moment to go to the Museum.
Q2 Can someone find them on the 1891 census for me?
Q3 Is Lound Road the same as Lound?
Q4 The photograph was taken by Mrs. Park of Sandes Avenue, Kendal, does anyone know when she was in business?
Sorry to be so long winded but any information would be appreciated.
Many thanks, Jean in north Cumbria.
