Hello Listers
I am a new starter and live in mid Wales - very wet and windy at this moment
I am researching my family name OXNARD (or derivatives) My main Oxnard family lived at Romaldkirk ( Mickleton ) 1600s to 1780 and then gradually moved away from the area to London, York, Durham and Gateshead
My Great grandfather x 6 lived in Mickleton and married a Margaret ? and they had 9 children there I believe he travelled west to find his Margaret 'TEBAH' who was from GT Musgrove, Westmoreland - only about 15 miles from Mickleton I think the wedding date was 19 July 1742 and perhaps her name was really TEBAY and was written as pronounced The wedding may have been at the Gt Musgrove Church - St Theobald I believe

I also have a George OXNARD who married Anne before ? 1687 when they started having the first of their 7 children - all were christened at St Andrews, Penrith

I would be pleased and grateful if anyone can advise me how and where I can check this out
