Hi List,
Can someone please tell me which of these messages are correct as
one is stating the ages were rounded down and the other is stating ages as
rounded up to the nearest 5yrs.I am now confused as this is now giving a
five year difference and can make a big difference when looking for the
birth year so can someone tell me please which one is correct,and would
these age rules aply to everyone on that census whose usual age didn`t tally
on a 5yr.
