The following is a partial list of businesses and proprietors that
advertised in the guide book "Ambleside, The Centre of Lakeland" "Official
Guide". It looks like this guide book was printed about 1922 as it states
Ambleside's 1921 population as 2,887. This was issued by the "Ambleside
Advertising and Development Association".
Size of booklet is approx 5"X7". The ads are laid out nicely, either full
