Marriages.

At St. Mary's church, on the 19th, Mr. John WALKER, to Miss Ann WATSON; 20th, Mr. Thomas SANDERSON, to Miss Elizabeth DAVIDSON; 21st, Mr. Thos. MARK, to Miss Sarah HEWITT.

On the 6th inst., at Ragdale, near Leicester, the Rev. R. COALBANK, son of Mr. Isaac COALBANK, of Netherwasdale, in this county, to Maria, only daughter of W. RICHARDS, Esq., Ragdale Hall, Leicestershire.

At Wetheral, on Thursday last, by the Rev. Mr. STANGER, Mr. John SMITH, Warwick Bridge, to Miss Ann HALL, of the former place.

At Appleby, on Saturday the 18th inst. by the Rev. Joseph MILNER, Mr. James CLARK, grocer and tea dealer, to Miss Sarah BRISCO, only daughter and heir to the late Joseph BRISCO, Esq. of Crosby, Ravensworth, and Soulby, Westmorland. The church bells rang merry peels during the whole day; and we understand there have been great rejoicings amongst the friends of the parties.

At St. Leonard's church, Shoreditch, London, on the 12th inst., Mr. John DUNGLINSON, confidential clerk to Mr. LOWE, of Goldsmith Street, Cheapside, London, to Dinah, second surviving daughter of Mr. William BANKS, Keswick.

At Crosthwaite church, Keswick, on the 16th inst., Mr. Christopher SWINDLE, miner, to Miss Jane DOVER, both of Keswick; same place, on the 18th inst., Mr. Simon GRAVE, to Miss Dinah HARRISON, both of Yew Tree, St. John's near Keswick.

At Dumfries, on Tuesday morning, Mr. Robert BLOUNT, Officer of Excise, Leith, to Miss Margaret NICHOLSON, daughter of Mr. Wm. NICHOLSON, chairmaker.

At Haltwhistle, on the 11th inst., Mr. R. B. CLOSE, third son of the late Rev. R. CLOSE, late of Whitely, Chapel, to Miss Louisa Frances SCAIFE, fourth daughter of Mr. SCAIFE, gentleman, of Haltwhistle, and granddaughter of the late Rev. Hugh NANNEY, M. A.
