I searched the LDS' 1881 discs for "Pulross," "Pubross" and "Lots Road"
without success. Then I searched for any Albert's born in Brixton and
none of the five results seemed to match your family in any way.
Searching for Elizabeth and John King returned too many results. If you
have additional information about any of them, I'll give it another go,
though. :-)
A search for KAN*SER on Ancestry only resulted in these. I'm not sure
if the 1871 Wiltshire census is complete, though.
