I will be getting some of these microfiche via a second party. My question is about what
sources was use for transcribing. I have viewed the LDS-FHC Microfilm 0241227, which has
the parishes of Thorney, Tydd St. Giles, Parson Drove, Newton, Wisbech St. Mary, Guyhirn,
Upwell (CAM), Elm, Leverington, Outwell (CAM), Wisbech St. Peter and I found that close to
half of the film is very faint, thus hard to read. I do remember that large portions of
the census for Wisbech St. Peter and Elm were completely faded. Has the CFHS been able to
view a better source or is large parts of the census for these parishes unknown?
