The following Eggetts may not be exactly whom you are looking for but we may
have some common links.
My 2x greatgrandfather's sister was a Deborah Hopkins from Tydd St Giles and
she married a James Eggett of Wiggenhall St Germans at TSG on 6 Dec 1843.
James was the son of William Eggett and witnesses to the ceremony were
Joseph Hopkins (my 2x great grandfather) and Susannah Eggett.
James was born in 1811 at W St G. In Directories he was listed as a
carpenter and wheelwright.
James died on 19 Mar 1866 and his estate was willed to Deborah. After
farming on the St Germans Common, Deborah died in the Sep qtr of 1872.
They had the following children.
Jemima Sarah born Jun qtr 1849 and died in Jun qtr of 1852.
Jemima Deborah born Sep qtr of 1853 and died 2 Mar 1924 at Great Walsingham
NFK. Jemima married Walter Chapman on 14 Apr 1903 in London.
Rebecca born Sep qtr of 1858 and was still alive in 1924 living at Great
Yarmouth NFK.
Good luck
Bruce Simpson
